Crappie & Catfish

You will be catfishing out of a 25 foot Crest III pontoon boat rigged with 10 rod holders. Rods will be 7 1/2' Shakespeare catfish ugly sticks with 3000 Shakespeare reels spooled with 60 lb. test line for the big cats. For the winter time catfishing boat will be equipped with enclosed cabin with heaters for your comfort.

You will be crappie fishing out of a 25 foot Crest III pontoon boat that has the top rail removed so that you may fish comfortably sitting down.  Most other guide boats on the lake require you to stand up and fish over the rail. Rods are 9' graphite fly rods and automatic fly reels with 6 lb. test line.  There is no casting involved - we fish vertically over brush piles.

You will be bass fishing out of a 20 foot Skeeter bass boat.

All boats are equipped with the latest depth finders, electronics and all Coast Guard approved equipment such as: life jackets, VHS radio, first aid kit and fire extinguishers.
